A musical farce in which a British shoe salesman inherits six million dollars from a dead uncle. There’s only one catch: in order to get the money, he has to take the dead body, prop it in a wheelchair and take it on one last spree to Monte Carlo. Chaos ensues.
After winning the Richard Rodgers Award, Lucky Stiff became Lynn and Stephen’s first off-Broadway show, with book by Lynn Ahrens, score by Ahrens + Flaherty, and direction and choreography by Thommie Walsh.
