When it premiered at Lincoln Center Theatre in 2002, “A Man of No Importance” won the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Off-Broadway Musical. And in 2022, its acclaimed revival opened at Classic Stage Company, directed by Tony Award-winner John Doyle, and starring Jim Parsons, Mare Winningham and A.J Shively. The production was nominated for Best Musical Revival of the season by the Drama Desk, Drama League, Outer Critics Circle and Lortel Awards.

This new one-act version of the show, featuring a glorious new orchestration by Bruce Coughlin, will soon be released by MTI. Please check back for more details!
